Since I was a child I always had a great interest in cooking and as the years went by my interest grew stronger. My professional career began in Argentina where I studied as a professional cook and pastry chef. When I came back to Colombia I had the privilege of being able to work in different areas which helped me to strengthen my skills not only in the kitchen but also in the administrative part.

In 2013 I had my first cooking competition and so began a new phase in my professional work, in which I have had the opportunity to compete not only with the best cooks in Colombia, but also in Germany and Austria, always leaving my country’s name at the top. So far I have participated in 6 competitions between Europe and Colombia and I know that there will be many more to come.

Today, being far away from my roots and longing for a food with the taste of home, has started a new direction for me in which I want to bring those flavours ors that I miss here, I want to share our culture and our history.
